1. Wind Solar Energy LLC (Ukraine) and Gold Wind International Holdings Limited (China) have signed an agreement on joint implementation of wind power projects in Ukraine in the Zhytomyr region with a total capacity of 360 megawatts.

2. In accordance with the terms of the contract, this wind farm project was developed for the implementation and delivery of Gold Wind turbines (GW140 / 3.57-130m.).

3. During the negotiations, the companies agreed to promote the localization of tower production at JSC “Korosten Chemical Engineering Plant” (hereinafter Himmash) in Zhytomyr region, Ukraine, which in turn provides for the exchange of experience and study of the process of tower production at the Gold Wind International Holdings Limited plant ( in China) by Himmash plant specialists, providing space for the organization of towers production at the Himmash plant as well as inspection and modernization of equipment at the Himmash tower production plant.

4. At this moment the Pre-PPA has already been signed and all the necessary permits have been obtained, therefore the next step of the companies will be to jointly search for investors and investments for the implementation of the project.
